VI Foot IJORA won the first semi-final match with a convincing 3-1 victory over Soccer City FA Iwaya. The youthful squad displayed a blend of tactical awareness, calmness under pressure, and effective attacking play to defeat their rivals and maintain their remarkable form in the tournament.
Following that, Fortune FA Oshodi clinched the second place in the final with a resounding 4-0 win against Ultimate FA Coker. This solid performance emphasised the team’s calibre and consistency throughout the competition, paving the way for an eagerly awaited clash with VI Foot Ijora.
The JOF U-13 Football Tournament, sponsored by JOF Nigeria Limited, aligns with the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative aimed at empowering youth and promoting grassroots sports. This event was established to discover, nurture, and offer exposure to young football talents, while also encouraging healthy competition among emerging athletes.
